Overview Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels. We’ve been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. Our stores close at 2pm so you can balance work and life. Day in the Life of a Baker Our Bakers arrive early (as early as 3AM) and ensure that the bagel wall and pastry case are stocked for each shift. They work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking, sandwich making, and other duties. Bakers take pride in maintaining the quality of the food and beverages served, while keeping a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Willing to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3AM) and weekends. Must pass a background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license preferred (only required at specific locations). Must meet driving qualifications as required by company policy. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations. Physical Demands Requirements include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
