Where we service: The service team operates in commercial, industrial, and government facilities across San Diego and the High Desert (Riverside, Temecula, 29 Palms, Palm Springs). Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems. Maintenance: Conduct thorough maintenance checks and document recommendations for extending equipment life. Equipment Start-Ups: Experience in initiating HVAC equipment is crucial. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration. Route Organization & Dispatch: Organize routes and dispatch service technicians to various locations. Business Development: Work closely with estimators to quote and find new work opportunities. Training: Manage and assist in the training of new and existing staff. Client Relations: Maintain professional, clear communication (both written and verbal) with clients and teammates. Fleet Management: Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.
