Senior Sports Program Director — Youth & Adult Growth

YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Program Director II to supervise Youth and Adult Sports, develop and administer a designated program at Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA in Encinitas. You will recruit, hire, supervise, and develop assigned staff, and engage volunteers while ensuring safety and quality service.
