Immediate need for a talented Real Estate Coordinator. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus OH (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Job ID:26-30443 Pay Range: $25 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses
• Complete rights and restriction reviews and permitting requirements as needed
• Research and review real property related documents
• Understand and interpret easement agreements
• Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
• Compile technical data for the Right of Way project team
• Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers, and real estate coordinators
• Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
• Support client needs as directed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
• 3+ years of relevant experience with an associate degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and task tracking software
• Ability to work with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player focused on client service
• Experience with electric facilities or railroads is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Client Earth and construction drawings is preferred but not required
• Designation from IRWA is desirable but not required
• Valid driver's license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company's vehicle driving privileges
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located
