Your Role Accountabilities… Be an integral part of the product design team that isevolvingCNN’s advertising products and footprints across desktop web, mobile web, mobile app, and video surfaces. Create user flows,mockups,andinteractive prototypesto effectively conceptualize product features. Help driveuser research sessionsand usability teststo better understandour consumers. Create, contribute, andmaintaincomponents for our design system. Champion our design principles, designsystemsand product roadmap, and serve our editorial teams’ needs. Play a role in shaping the future of CNN’smonetizationby collaborating with stakeholders and team members to brainstorm, envision, andvalidatenewad products and footprints. Qualifications & Experience… 2+ years as a product designer,ideallyinad tech,marketing tech, or growthdesign. StrongFigmaexperience,includingwithvariables, components, styles, and shared libraries. A goodtrack recordof product thinking, helping teams understand and prioritize the problemsthey’resolving as part of thedesign effort. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Proficiencyinutilizingdesign system components to create scalable, delightful user experiences. Experience workingon consumer-facing productswithin large-scale organizations. Bonus points for experience in news/media. A demonstrated ability to manage designtasksand a strong record ofworkingcross-functionally with otherdisciplines. Developing strengthsinbest practices of user experience design, including usability principles, user researchmethodology, testing techniques (A/B, Multi-Variant), design theory, and interaction design. Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important! Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $88,900.00 - $165,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
