Light Assembler & Packer – 3 Day Weekends! Learn multiple stations, build your skills with power tools, and move up within our growing company.What You Will Do:As a Light Assembler & Packer, you will use basic tools to put together small components and package finished products so they are ready to ship.Assemble metal, plastic, or composite parts using basic hand tools and rivet guns.Follow easy-to-read diagrams and work instructions to align parts perfectly.Pack completed products into boxes and label them accurately.Stack finished boxes onto pallets and secure them using shrink wrap.Rotate between different assembly and packing stations to keep the day moving fast.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.What We Are Looking For:If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work, we want to talk to you!Experience: At least 6 months of manufacturing, packing, or assembly experience.Skills: Experience using basic hand and power tools (rivet gun experience is a plus!).Reliability: A rock-solid history of good attendance and arriving on time.Mindset: Comfort doing repetitive tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schiller Park, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
