Role Overview: A General Pediatrician is sought to build an outpatient pediatric practice with a 3-day workweek, light shared call, and no inpatient responsibilities. The role involves providing comprehensive pediatric care, managing a stable and growing patient panel, and collaborating with pediatric specialists and advanced practice providers (APPs). Key Responsibilities Build and manage an outpatient pediatric panel See 18-22 patients daily, including common and higher-complexity cases such as ADD/ADHD Participate in a collaborative clinic culture focused on improving workflows Provide responsive charting, documentation, and communication Engage in light, shared call with after-hours triage support Practice within a patient-centered medical home environment Qualifications & Skills Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE) Strong charting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team and APPs Additional Benefits Opportunity to qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness, practice in a supportive, collegial environment, and enjoy a balanced schedule in a community with family-friendly amenities and outdoor recreation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherry Hill Free Clinic
