About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2014 and is a strong, close‑knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Sales Manager with Xfinity, where I developed a passion for leadership, coaching, and helping others succeed. I’m a Golden Eagle graduate with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. I’m married, with a son graduating this year, and we have a dog named Oreo who keeps things fun at home. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new foods, golfing, motorcycling, and staying active in my church, where I lead a men’s life group. Giving back and staying connected to the community is important to me. I’m involved with my local church, the Area Development Partnership, and support local events and youth sports teams. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
