Regional Sales Specialist

Zimmer Biomet

Paragon28, a Zimmer Biomet orthopedic company, seeks a Regional Sales Specialist in Colorado to support field sales operations through order processing, case management, and customer service for foot and ankle medical devices.

Responsibilities

Process orders via phone, app, or email within four hours of receipt
Assist regional sales coordinators with loaner scheduling, surgery coverage, and field transfers
Review cases for accuracy, document errors, and communicate findings to relevant teams
Track shipments and resolve delivery delays for field sales representatives
Handle routine customer complaints related to orders, credits, shipping, and product issues

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent; four-year degree preferred
1+ years sales support, customer service, or customer-facing experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with problem-solving ability
Experience with SAP ERP system preferred
Medical device company experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $25-27/hr W2
