Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB experience required
• Physical Therapy License in FL required
• Master's degree required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Weekend requirement: 2 Saturdays
• Coverage area includes Citrus and Hernando County

Brooksville offers access to both outdoor recreation and Gulf Coast destinations.
