Accounting Finance Recruiter

Location: New York City or Melville (Long Island), NY - hybrid work schedule) Experience: Seeking 2-5 years of experience in A&F recruitment within an agency setting Overview : Green Key Resources is expanding our Accounting & Finance recruiting team in our New York City and Melville offices. We’re looking for 3-4 motivated recruiter with 2-5+ years of experienc e hiring within accounting & finance, or related professional experienc e. This is a hybrid position (2-4 days/week onsite ) working with a collaborative, high‑performing team. What You’ll Do: Manag e full‑cycle recruiti ng for A&F roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Build and maintain strong pipelines across Accounting and Finance (from Staff to CFO level), and related functions Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent quickly Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and our internal database Provide a high‑touch, positive candidate experience throughout the process Track activity, pipeline metrics, and performance goals to support team success Stay informed on market trends, compensation insights, and competitive activity within the A&F space What We’re Looking For: 2-5+ years of recruiting experie nce in A&F, or similar professional experie nce (agency experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a fast‑paced desk with multiple open requisitions Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal partners A proactive, resourceful recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, metrics‑driven environment Ability to wo rk hybrid in our New York City or Melville/Long Island office (2-4 days onsite) Why Green Key: Supportive, collaborative team culture Strong leadership and clear growth paths Competitive compensation structure Access to top‑tier recruiting tools, resources, and training #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
