Supply Chain Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product availability, monitoring stock levels, and supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with inventory management systems, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilitie

• sMonitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock quantities to support business operations and customer demand
• .Analyze inventory trends, usage patterns, and replenishment requirements to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• .Coordinate purchase orders and work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• .Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve supply chain or logistics-related issues
• .Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP and inventory management systems
• .Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations
• .Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy
• .Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to optimize inventory storage and material flow
• .Generate and analyze inventory, purchasing, and supply chain performance reports
• .Support forecasting, demand planning, and inventory replenishment activities
• .Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on inventory control, operational efficiency, and cost reduction
• .Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field preferre
• d.2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, procurement, or related operations role
• s.Strong understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain processe
• s.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platform
• s.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysi
• s.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skill
• s.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmen
