Senior Tax Accountant

Overview We are closely working with clients in the search for a Senior Tax Manager to join a leading CPA firm with a strong reputation in the accounting industry. As a Tax Manager , you will oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. You will work closely with partners and other accounting professionals to deliver exceptional results, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with the latest regulations. This role is ideal for a CPA who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a proven ability to manage and mentor a team. Responsibilities Lead tax planning, preparation, and review for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Manage client relationships while identifying opportunities for strategic accounting and tax solutions. Oversee junior staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure all work meets the firm’s high standards and complies with professional CPA guidelines. Qualifications Active CPA license preferred 2+ years of progressive accounting and tax experience, with at least 3 years in a tax manager role. Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills.
