Position Summary This position provides an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic Finance Team that uses data‑driven influence to drive achievement of corporate goals and objectives. In this role you will demonstrate analytical expertise to support finance, accounting, and operating management. Responsibilities Supporting critical financial deliverables including daily operational reporting, comprehensive monthly close and forecast processes, and ad‑hoc financial efficiency analysis to identify performance gaps, mitigate risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Developing and refining physically‑based forecasts to support critical decision‑making and strategic planning initiatives. Providing real‑time, impactful key performance measures to operations (daily, weekly, monthly). Supporting the development of Annual Budget and Multi‑Year Business Plan with business partners, including physically‑based plans to deliver cost targets, optimize resource allocation, and “should‑cost” assessments to challenge assumptions and drive the budget process. Maintaining effective internal controls and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance. Adopting and facilitating the use of advanced financial models and analytical tools to enable increased cost efficiency and overall delivery of financial responsibilities. Supporting the implementation of business processes and collaborating cross‑functionally to validate with new business systems. Candidates must possess full flexibility and readiness to consistently work across all established standard, operating, and rotational shift schedules, encompassing day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards coupled with an internal control mindset. Qualifications Proficiency with financial and accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office; preferable advanced Excel skills and knowledge of analytical tools such as Alteryx or Power BI. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess complex business processes with high attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work with large data sets. Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling skills. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well across multiple functions, and a willing team player who collaborates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; strong presentation skills. Salary grade ranges from $65,100–$109,300. Final determination will be based on candidate skills and experience and set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility, and market value.
