Electro-Mechanical Technician

Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a Senior Mechanical & Robotics Tech to join their team. You will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting an innovative datacenter. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $28-30/hr. What's the Job? Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects. Train and mentor service and contract technicians to ensure high standards of performance and safety. Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components. Create and close out work orders with detailed data including labor hours, parts used, and maintenance activities. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays. At least 1 year of experience with PC competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements during long shifts. Willingness to travel up to 20% as required. What's in it for me?
