Hospice Clinical Director (RN) $120,000–$145,000/year + full benefits! LilyCare Hospice is hiring an experienced Hospice Clinical Director (RN) to lead clinical operations for our growing community-based hospice in Florham Park, NJ. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Paid CHPN certification support Professional development opportunities Duties and Responsibilities Lead the hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) as Hospice Clinical Director (RN), serving as the clinical bridge between field staff, the Medical Director, and agency leadership Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate the hospice nursing team — RNs, LPNs, and CNAs — including supervisory visits and annual clinical evaluations Oversee hospice admissions, Plans of Care, certifications, recertifications, symptom management, and clinical triage for field case managers Ensure compliance with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and New Jersey state hospice regulations; lead QAPI and clinical documentation standards Manage the hospice on-call rotation and step into the field to support case managers during high census or staff shortages Compensation and Schedule Pay range: $120,000–$145,000/year Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday–Friday + on-call rotation Location: Florham Park, NJ 07932 Skills and Qualifications Active RN license in New Jersey or NLC multistate compact (required) Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required) Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice, home health, or community health (required) Working knowledge of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation (required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) BSN (preferred) Prior Hospice Clinical Director (RN) or Director of Nursing experience required CHPN certification (preferred) Ready to lead clinical care for a growing New Jersey hospice? #J-18808-Ljbffr LilyCare Hospice of New Jersey
