As we continue to grow in 2026, we are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to Safety, Integrity, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.What You'll Do:As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations and ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls in a professional mannerProviding accurate and helpful information in person, over the phone, and via emailHelping to facilitate onboarding for new employeesManaging calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activitiesPerforming clerical and receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxingMaintaining and updating office records, expenses, and cost tracking documentationProviding accurate data entry support for multiple departmentsAssisting with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) functions, invoicing, and cost trackingSupporting a positive office environment through teamwork and strong communicationRequired Qualifications:Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar roleStrong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (required)Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasksAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism, dependability, and a positive attitudeWhy Join Redi Services?At Redi Services, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
