The Role: As our Head of Operations, you’ll play a critical role in supporting a variety of functions across the business. You’ll be involved in everything from accounting, email management to event planning and customer feedback management. You’ll keep things running smoothly and ensure our team has everything they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the accounting team to manage financial tasks Handle emails, manage supplies, and coordinate office needs Plan and organize team events Keep the fridge stocked Manage outgoing demos for new clients Handle customer feedback and administrative tasks Light HR and office management Track and manage data in Excel spreadsheets Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with at least one year in a startup environment Fluency in a foreign language Excellent communication skills and a great attitude Comfortable with the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of a startup Degree is not required, but enthusiasm and adaptability are a must Other Details: Flexible work schedule, but you must be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays Professionalism is key If you're excited about joining a fast-growing AI startup and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
