Senior Product ManagerThe Senior Product Manager leads the development and lifecycle of assigned product categories, translating market insights into clear product strategies that drive growth and profitability. This role owns product direction from concept through launch, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver well-positioned, manufacturable products on time.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations, the Senior Product Manager drives roadmap execution, develops go-to-market plans, and ensures products are successfully launched and continue to perform throughout their lifecycle.Schedule: M-Th 8AM-5PM, F 8AM-1PMKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Market AnalysisLead market analysis to identify product gaps, trends, and growth opportunitiesDefine product strategies and business cases while balancing customer needs, pricing, and manufacturabilityOwn and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company priorities and market demandProduct Development & ExecutionDrive cross-functional alignment to execute product development initiatives and product launches on timeCollaborate with Sourcing, Operations, and Manufacturing to support feasibility and execution throughout the product lifecycleEnsure products are successfully brought to market and continue to perform effectively post-launchGo-to-Market & Commercial SupportPartner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, go-to-market planning, and adoption strategiesMonitor product performance and lifecycle health, adjusting strategies to improve business outcomesQualifications8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or marketing within a manufacturing or physical product environmentProven track record leading product initiatives from concept through launch across cross-functional teamsStrong experience in market research, product prioritization, and roadmap managementExperience partnering with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market executionAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on ownership and executionStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environmentsExperience working with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations throughout the product lifecycleExperience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath, interiors, building materials, or adjacent industries preferredWhy Fabuwood?Fabuwood is a leading cabinet manufacturer based in Newark, New Jersey, serving a nationwide dealer network across the US and Canada.
