Scrum Master

Scrum Master Location: Miami, Florida (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview An experienced Scrum Master is sought for a hybrid role that combines scrum leadership with business analysis and testing support. This position is integral to a large-scale, testing-focused SAP system migration program. The role involves facilitating an established agile team, managing testing cycles, and ensuring deliverables align with project milestones for a legacy CIS to SAP IS-U billing transition. Key Responsibilities Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using JIRA. Track team deliverables, remove impediments, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect management cycles with technical teams. Serve as a communication bridge between the project team and dependent external teams to ensure alignment. Contribute to testing efforts to ensure billing accuracy and data validation between legacy and new systems. Support the team by opening and closing sprints and monitoring progress toward key milestones. Required Qualifications Proven background in a hybrid role combining Scrum Master duties with Business Analyst or QA/testing responsibilities; experience required in complex, multi-workstream migration programs; direct experience in the utility industry. Strong, hands‑on knowledge of JIRA for sprint management and team facilitation. Experience with SAP ISU billing systems is required. Compensation The anticipated pay range is $50.00/hr to $63.00/hr. Pay may be adjusted based on specific location and market conditions.
