Position Overview:

\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile methodologies, skilled in running smooth agile ceremonies, and adept at translating complex business needs into clear requirements. This dual-role position requires a proactive professional committed to enhancing productivity, efficiency, and business value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

As Scrum Master:

\n

·        Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

\n

·        Identify and resolve impediments, guiding the team to self-organize and perform at peak efficiency.

\n

·        Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability.

\n

·        Maintain and report on team performance metrics and Agile maturity.

\n

·        Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement

\n

·        Track team velocity and support sprint commitments

\n

As Business Analyst:

\n

·        Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.

\n

·        Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks.

\n

·        Perform gap analyses and workflow assessments to improve operational efficiency.

\n

·        Provide ongoing analysis and support throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

\n

Qualifications:

\n

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

\n

·        Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.

\n

·        Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst.

\n

·        Strong proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), with Jira expertise as a must.

\n

·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

\n

·        Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

\n
