Summary Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences as the in-store ambassador, guiding clients through a personalized client journey and fostering lasting relationships. Drive individual and team sales by identifying client needs, cross‑selling across departments, and supporting omni‑channel initiatives. Maintain store presentation and operational standards while contributing to a secure retail environment. Responsibilities Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent in‑store service aligned with the client journey ceremony. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to develop personalized follow‑up and future opportunities. Embrace and promote an omni‑channel mindset to support sales and client engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, exceptional client experiences and positive team communication. Proactively cross‑sell across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual KPIs. Maintain up‑to‑date product and fashion trend knowledge and demonstrate brand expertise. Handle customer complaints effectively, escalating to line manager when necessary. Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet company operational and stock procedures; support loss prevention efforts. Requirements Passion for selling and working in‑store within luxury/fashion retail. Curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design. Experience building and sustaining long‑lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self‑motivation, a results‑driven mindset, and problem‑solving abilities. Product category knowledge and enthusiasm for the managed assortment.
