This employment opportunity is a part-time and full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant/Front Office Coordinator and Medical Assistant/Benefits Coordinator.
- Patient interaction to include and not limited to assisting with clinical task such as patient care and assisting with medical procedure.
- PatieMulti-task, quickly prioritize the immediacy of needs in front of them, while clearly and proactively communicating.
- Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, medical records, greeting and welcoming patients to ensure a quality care and a positive patient experience.
- Proficiency and familiarity with medical terminiology.
- Experience in medical office tasks.
- Strong Patient Care skills and assisting with medical procedures.
- Excellent orangizational and time management skills
- Experience in scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
- Documenting and communicating various actions and continuing needs
- Preparing letters and documents
- Certification in Medical Assistant preferr
- CPR certified
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in medical assisting is a plus
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare
