NRP preferred but not required.Description: The emergency department has 11 beds with a patient ratio of 4:1. Staffing includes 2 day shift nurses, 2 mid-shift nurses, and 2 night shift nurses. Type of equipment includes POC lab model, EKG, ventilator, pumps, glucometer, and cardiac monitors. The documentation system used is Meditech. Three 12-hour shifts per week and four 12-hour weekend shifts per month are required. Floating policy is not applicable. Patient experience requirement is 80% or above. Successful candidates will enjoy working with experienced staff and have options for scheduling flexibility. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs. Unit specific policies and guidelines will be provided during orientation.
