About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Head of Agencies to spearhead its agency go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full agency channel, including driving new agency sales and expanding revenue within existing relationships. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, capable of owning and growing the agency sales pipeline, and defining and executing the company's agency GTM strategy. The VP will also be the executive face of the company's agency relationships, representing the business externally and building senior-level trust. Success in this position is defined by the ability to bring in new business, deepen existing accounts, and create a well-managed agency channel that contributes to the company's recurring revenue. Applicants for the VP, Head of Agencies role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in agency, media, or partnership sales leadership, with a proven track record in building and scaling agency go-to-market functions. The role requires experience in selling to or partnering with media agency holding companies, as well as a strong background in social platforms and/or DSPs. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in developing a go-to-market function within a fast-growing data and insights company and should be adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve a shared agency strategy. A strategic thinker with the ability to see and seize opportunities, the VP will be expected to lead with influence, develop high-performing teams, and stay close to customers and the market to inform the company's broader strategy.
