What You'll Do
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Assist residents in achieving meaningful functional goals
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using Net Health
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Bring enthusiasm, compassion, and creativity to every treatment session!
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, positive, and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative rehabilitation team
- Previous SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required!
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
