Regional Sales Director

To expand market share and achieve annual sales goals, the full-time Regional Sales Director will work remotely from the Central US region, managing relationships with key accounts and providing sales and technical training to Rep Sales Engineers. Key responsibilities Meet or exceed sales budgets within a defined geographic territory while developing relationships with key accounts and local authorities Monitor Rep targets weekly, communicate results to sales leadership, and develop action plans to meet customer development and sales targets Conduct training and support for the Rep salesforce on product features, benefits, and technical applications, primarily focusing on VRV systems Required qualifications Minimum 8+ years of VRF sales management experience in a technical sales environment Proven ability to manage a revenue budget of $5M to $10M Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Demonstrated proficiency in product selection software for VRV designs Experience in consultative selling and building long-term sales opportunities
