In this role you will support Project Manager in overseeing the planning and scheduling of engineering design and supply projects for large bulk material handling equipment by gathering and analyzing project information. You will also use analytical reports and understanding of the project team to set and monitor schedules and ensure scheduling follows company policy and contractual requirements. In addition you will have to create and monitor project schedules and create, monitor, analyse and revise at Level 4, resource loaded, Critical Data Method (CDM) schedule. You will also track and analyze report information to allow project teams and ensure accuracy of schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports and monitor Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS).

• This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE opportunity based in Denver, Colorado and must be worked on site
• This position has a salary range in the $80,000 to $90,000 range

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• AAS or BS Degree (preferred) with 2-5 years plus experience in project scheduling
• Must have advanced proficiency with PRIMAVERA (P6) and MS PROJECT and MS OFFICE
• Experience with large bulk material handling equipment and/or mining and similar equipment preferred
• Experience with Critical Data Method (CDM) and Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS)
• Must have strong written and verbal communciation skills and be able to work with multiple projects and teams
