Hotel Front Desk Agent

Front Office ClerkCheck guests in and out of hotel as needed in an efficient manner with needs of the guests servicing the primary consideration. Responsibilities include registering all guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring that all proper credit and pertinent information is obtained, issuing safety deposit boxes, preparing daily cash reports, balancing payments and disbursements, assisting reservations by accepting and confirming reservations, performing duties as cashier, petty cash, and other cash transactions according to front office procedures, operating bank, and assuring the safety and security of guests and team members.
