Assistant General Manager

Laguna Development Corporation

Laguna Development Corporation is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager to help lead the Rio Puerco property, a complex operation with more than 900 team members. In this key leadership role, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, enhance guest satisfaction, and support the continued growth and success of the property. This is an exciting opportunity to influence multiple departments, including hospitality, facilities, custodial, cage operations, and finance, while helping shape the future of one of New Mexico's premier gaming and entertainment destinations.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and experienced operational leader with strong business acumen, financial management expertise, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
