About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Aspen Hills, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and other essential care tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and other essential care tasks.

Work closely with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred. New CNA (Certified Nursing Assistants) Welcomed!

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Aspen Hills Healthcare Center is situated on a scenic 22-acre country campus in Pemberton, New Jersey, close to Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Virtua Memorial Hospital, and Lourdes Medical Center. Our beautiful and warm environment provides a pleasant setting for patients and staff alike.

Full Time $2,500 - Paid over four quarters of employment.
