Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards Plan and organize daily tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure projects remain on schedule Communicate project goals, updates, and adjustments clearly with team members Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that motivates and develops crew members Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to all safety protocols Participate in daily morning meetings to align on goals and celebrate team achievements Qualifications Proven leadership experience, preferably in landscaping or outdoor project management Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Passion for building beautiful, functional outdoor spaces Compensation $22 – $40 per hour , based on experience. Includes clear, achievable quarterly production bonuses tied to leadership ability and project responsibility.
