Drive the evolution of the outlook, strategy, and operations for YouTube, in partnership with the VP of Product and Engineering. Partner with YouTube Leads to ensure that the organization is operating smoothly and structurally aligned with the overall mission. Develop key communications across all levels of the organization, including to SVP/VP, at all hands, offsites, and leadership summits.
