installing heating and cooling equipment.You're responsible for making sure the homeowner receives a professional installation and an exceptional experience from the moment you arrive until the job is complete.You will:Install residential HVAC systems safely and efficientlyDeliver clean, professional, high-quality installationsFollow Sierra installation processes and quality standardsProtect the customer's home and propertyCommunicate professionally with homeownersRepresent Sierra Air Conditioning & Plumbing with pride and professionalismKey ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Technical ExecutionInstall residential air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipmentInstall and modify ductwork as requiredInstall refrigerant lines, condensate drains, thermostats, controls, ventilation systems, and accessoriesSafely remove and replace existing HVAC equipmentPerform equipment start-ups and verify proper system operationPerform brazing, wiring, evacuation, charging, and mechanical assemblyRead and interpret manufacturer installation instructions and wiring diagramsProperly use gauges, meters, vacuum pumps, recovery equipment, and installation toolsVerify airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant requirements, drainage, and equipment operationFollow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and Sierra installation standardsIdentify installation concerns and communicate them to leadership immediatelyCustomer ExperienceCommunicate professionally and respectfully with homeownersExplain the installation process and answer customer questionsProtect flooring, walls, furniture, landscaping, and other customer propertyMaintain a clean and organized work areaClean the jobsite thoroughly before leavingReview installed equipment with the homeowner when requiredDeliver a five-star customer experience on every installationPerformance & AccountabilityTake ownership of installation qualityComplete assigned installations
