To enhance provider engagement and satisfaction, the full-time remote Provider Relations Specialist will manage relationships with active providers, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and operational support while collaborating with internal departments. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for active providers, conducting outreach and relationship check-ins Respond to provider inquiries and issues, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely resolutions Monitor provider feedback and satisfaction trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements Required qualifications Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
