Maximus is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Knowledge Content Management to serve as a Subject Matter Expert delivering, operating and maintaining knowledge management capabilities for the contact center. This role is for an upcoming Federal contract (pending award). You will develop and manage knowledge content used by agents, build processes and workflows, and work with the client’s content team to ensure information accuracy.
