LOCATION: Remote, ET or CT hours HOURS: 20 hours per week DURATION: 3-5 months with the potential to extend Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand strategic goals and identify key marketing opportunities. Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies (content pillars) tailored to departmental objectives, ensuring consistent and impactful social media presence. Design visually compelling and on-brand static images and videos that effectively communicate messages and align with content strategies. Craft engaging written content for web and social media channels, ensuring it aligns with the corporate strategy and content pillars. Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the creative leadership and team members through various communication channels to achieve marketing objectives. Oversee and optimize the social media content calendar, exploring automation, efficiency improvements, and strategic posting times. Lead the development of a wide range of communications, including newsletters, branding materials, emails, press releases, webinars, and website content, for both internal and external audiences. Create compelling social media content and strategic plans for upcoming events and conferences. Contribute to the strategic planning process for broader marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact. Provide essential support for webinar production and execution. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and systems to enhance marketing team capabilities and overall company operations. Generate blog content as required to support marketing efforts and thought leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assigned, in-progress, and completed projects within the team's project management system. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all sensitive company and customer information. Must-Have Qualifications A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or equivalent relevant work experience. Demonstrated experience in social media content creation and managing content calendars. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with standard office productivity suites. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools. Ability to manage and update content on various content management systems. Proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments and with various customer groups. Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, as well as thriving in a collaborative team environment.
