Content Strategist

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a Content Strategist in Boston, MA.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that enhance digital customer experiences across web and online platforms
• Create and maintain content plans, frameworks, and governance practices to support business objectives
• Partner with design, research, marketing, and business teams to deliver engaging and effective content solutions
• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to optimize content performance and inform future strategies
• Support content organization, discoverability, and search performance across digital properties
• Conduct market and industry research to identify content opportunities and best practices
• Present recommendations and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Promote content standards and drive continuous improvement across digital initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content, marketing, or a related field
• Experience developing content strategies for websites, digital products, or customer-facing platforms
• Strong understanding of content planning, information architecture, and content governance principles
• Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and performance measurement
• Ability to translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into effective content solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence decisions across multiple teams
• Experience with search optimization and digital marketing best practices preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
