Job Title: Buyer Reports To: Production Manager Type of Position: Full-time Status: Non-Exempt Location: Bridgton General Job Description The Buyer will perform administrative and clerical duties for the purchasing department. Types reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents. Research vendors and collect prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services. Establishes and maintains a record‑keeping system for the purchasing department. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: At least two years of clerical experience preferred. Key Competencies Strong communication skills. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies. Ability to type 40 words per minute. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
