Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 2+ years Outpatient PT experience
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• New Hampshire PT License or Compact

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend requirement: None. Holiday coverage if required.
• EMR: EPIC
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
