Job ResponsibilitiesPerform MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes) requests for enterprise phone systemsTroubleshoot and repair Cisco IP phones and telecommunications equipmentSupport Cisco Call Manager, Avaya/Nortel CS1000 PBX systems, and Avaya MessagingTravel between Disney properties in the Anaheim area as neededMaintain accurate service documentation, time reporting, and work recordsDeliver outstanding customer service while working directly with end users and technical teamsCollaborate with team leads and field operations personnelRequired QualificationsExperience supporting Cisco Call Manager environmentsExperience with Avaya and/or Nortel CS1000 PBX systemsStrong troubleshooting skills with enterprise voice systemsExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organized with strong documentation skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to supply common telecommunications hand toolsScheduleMonday through SaturdayFlexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PMFive-day work week scheduled within those operating daysPreferred SkillsExperience supporting large enterprise or campus environmentsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and professionalismExperience supporting multiple locations
