Primary Responsibilities: The APR Technician Tier 2 provides support for routine escalations requiring additional troubleshooting beyond Service Desk capabilities. Additionally, in this position you will: Resolve assigned incidents and service requests. Perform remote troubleshooting. Document findings and resolutions. Support user communication and status updates. Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues. Maintain SLA compliance requirements. Qualifications: Two (2) years of IT support experience.
