Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Licensed NP or PA in New York
- National certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA)
- Valid DEA
- Minimum 2 years of nephrology experience
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, and dialysis settings
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
