Nurse Practitioner - Behavioral Health

Role Overview Part‑time (1 day per week) within Monday – Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round‑and‑go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Casselberry and Lakeland, Florida. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee‑for‑service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $41,462 – $49,755 annually with no cap on productivity income. Back‑end infrastructure and clinical support provided.
