Fabrication Lead

Join our production team as a Senior Operator I and play a key role in delivering high-quality products through hands-on assembly and inspection. Assemble components and products to specifications while ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process Conduct quality inspections on finished products to verify adherence to standards and identify any defects Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support workflow optimization Keep your work area clean and organized while promptly reporting equipment malfunctions or production issues What are the key skills we are looking for? For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $20.00 - $26.81 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
