Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Workforce Development Housing Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families on their journey to stability and independence. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to assess their housing needs, identify barriers, and connect them with the right resources and opportunities. You’ll provide a mix of direct case management and collaborative support, ensuring clients have access to the tools and services they need to succeed.

Your day-to-day will involve facilitating connections between housing programs, workforce development initiatives, and community resources. By building strong relationships with clients and partners, you’ll help create sustainable solutions tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in case management, social work, or a related field.
• A passion for community support and helping individuals achieve stability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster collaboration.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
