Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage escrow and closing files accurately.
Coordinate closing activities with lenders and real estate agents.
Guide buyers and sellers through the closing process.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at the closing table.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and transaction partners.
Ensure files and closing-related activities are handled accurately.
Work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for clients throughout the closing process.
Qualifications and Certifications:
Solid experience in the Title, Lending, or Real Estate industry is required.
Strong customer service skills.
Exceptional communication skills.
Outgoing and professional personality.
Ability to manage files accurately.
Ability to coordinate with lenders and real estate agents.
Ability to confidently guide buyers and sellers through the closing process.
