This position involves working three 12-hour shifts. The Emergency Room is a fast-paced environment that treats a diverse range of patients. Emergency Room nurses manage critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes. Patients may range from urgent care cases to those requiring psychological support, pediatric care, and critical care/trauma management. Nurses coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing care needs. The goal is to ensure the highest level of safety and quality while promoting a positive patient experience.
