The Encompass Group is partnering with a rapidly growing, privately held company in the manufacturing and industrial products space to identify a high-caliber Controller to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who can own the accounting function while also providing strategic financial guidance to leadership . The company is growing quickly and needs someone who can strengthen financial reporting, build scalable processes, and improve systems. Responsibilities Lead accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Oversee cash flow, financial controls, and financial planning Develop and improve reporting, processes, systems, and KPIs Partner with leadership on financial strategy and business decisions Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and profitability Build the financial infrastructure needed to support continued company growth Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong Controller-level accounting and financial leadership experience Experience in a growing or rapidly changing organization Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills Strategic thinker who is still willing to be hands-on Experience building processes and financial infrastructure If you’re an established Controller with experience in the manufacturing space and are ready to join a rapidly growing company where you can make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr The Encompass Group
