Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Medina serves Starters & Shareables, Burgers & Handhelds, and Jumbo Wings, plus weekly features like steak & chop night on Thursdays and a $14.99 fish fry on Fridays. We're hiring a Cook (Prep & Kitchen) to handle food prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup.

What you'll do:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Identify proper food handling procedures
- Monitor hot and cold holding temperatures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen cleanup
- Support teammates during busy shifts
What you'll need:
- Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
- Experience in a scratch kitchen
